These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Mahmut Gazihan Arslan, operating under the brand BestSoft ("we", "us"), governing your use of the VoiceNotes AI mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms of Service. You may not:

Pro Lifetime unlocks all Pro features for the Apple ID that made the purchase, on all compatible Apple devices, indefinitely. This is a one-time, non-refundable purchase (refunds are handled by Apple per their policies).
Pro Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the price displayed at purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings. No refund is provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
We may change prices. Any price change will be communicated to existing subscribers per Apple's requirements before it takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
All refund requests for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Contact Apple Support at support.apple.com.
The App uses Apple Intelligence's Foundation Models framework to generate summaries, titles, action items, and key points. AI-generated content:
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it.
VoiceNotes AI is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device, legal advisor, or financial service. Do not use the App to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. Do not use the App as a substitute for professional legal or financial advice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. Apple Intelligence features require compatible Apple hardware (iPhone 15 Pro or later, iPhone 16 series, iPhone 17 series). Transcription requires a device that supports on-device Speech framework for the chosen language.
The App, including its code, design, logos, and written content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. Your content (recordings, transcripts, summaries) remains your property. By using the App, you grant us no rights to your content.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Şanlıurfa, Turkey, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), sizinle BestSoft markası altında faaliyet gösteren Mahmut Gazihan Arslan ("biz") arasında, VoiceNotes AI mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenleyen yasal bir anlaşma oluşturur. Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız, Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Size, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarda Uygulamayı kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Bu Koşullara ve Apple Medya Hizmetleri Kullanım Koşullarına tabidir. Şunları yapamazsınız:

Pro Lifetime, satın almayı yapan Apple ID için tüm uyumlu Apple cihazlarında süresiz olarak tüm Pro özelliklerini açar. Bu tek seferlik, iade edilemez bir satın almadır (iadeler Apple politikalarına göre Apple tarafından yönetilir).
Pro Monthly, yeni aboneler için 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme süresine sahip otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Deneme süresinden sonra, satın alma anında gösterilen fiyat üzerinden Apple ID hesabınızdan ödeme alınır. Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliklerinizi istediğiniz zaman Apple ID hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. Herhangi bir abonelik döneminin kullanılmayan kısmı için iade yapılmaz.
Fiyatları değiştirebiliriz. Herhangi bir fiyat değişikliği, yürürlüğe girmeden önce Apple'ın gereksinimleri doğrultusunda mevcut abonelere iletilir. Fiyat değişikliğinden sonra kullanıma devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir.
App Store satın alımları için tüm iade talepleri doğrudan Apple tarafından işlenir. Apple Destek ile support.apple.com/tr-tr üzerinden iletişime geçin.
Uygulama, özetler, başlıklar, aksiyon maddeleri ve anahtar noktalar oluşturmak için Apple Intelligence'ın Foundation Models framework'ünü kullanır. AI tarafından üretilen içerik:
AI tarafından üretilen içeriği kullanmadan önce gözden geçirmekten siz sorumlusunuz.
VoiceNotes AI bir üretkenlik aracıdır. Tıbbi cihaz, yasal danışman veya finansal hizmet değildir. Tıbbi durumları teşhis etmek, tedavi etmek veya yönetmek için Uygulamayı kullanmayın. Profesyonel yasal veya finansal tavsiyenin yerine Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışmasını garanti etmeyiz. Apple Intelligence özellikleri uyumlu Apple donanımı gerektirir (iPhone 15 Pro veya sonrası, iPhone 16 serisi, iPhone 17 serisi). Transkripsiyon, seçilen dil için cihaz üstü Speech framework'ünü destekleyen bir cihaz gerektirir.
Uygulama; kodu, tasarımı, logoları ve yazılı içeriği dahil, bize aittir ve telif hakkı ve diğer yasalarla korunur. İçeriğiniz (kayıtlar, transkriptler, özetler) sizin mülkünüz olarak kalır. Uygulamayı kullanarak, içeriğiniz üzerinde bize hiçbir hak vermiş olmazsınız.
Uygulamayı silerek istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı durdurabilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ihlal ederseniz erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Fikri mülkiyet, feragatler ve sorumluluk ile ilgili bölümler sonlandırmadan sonra da geçerliliğini korur.
Uygulama, "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE", ticari elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ve ihlal etmeme garantileri dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın sağlanır. Uygulamanın gereksinimlerinizi karşılayacağını, hatasız olacağını veya kusurların düzeltileceğini garanti etmeyiz.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan veya cezai zararlardan veya veri, kâr veya gelir kaybından sorumlu olmayacağız. Uygulamayla ilgili herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde Uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarı aşmayacaktır.
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler, yeni bir "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle bu sayfada yayınlanacaktır. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanıma devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar, hukuk ihtilafları ilkelerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Zorunlu yerel tüketici koruma yasaları başka türlü gerektirmedikçe, herhangi bir uyuşmazlık Şanlıurfa, Türkiye mahkemelerinde çözülecektir.
